At the same time, we were scouring the Los Gatos real estate market for the couple’s next perfect haven. Lo and behold, we found it! A luxurious townhome in the heart of Los Gatos, where every imaginable convenience was a short stroll away. From designer coffees each morning to leisurely lunches and lively dinners at night, Beth and Barry would be able to immerse themselves in the pulsating energy of the city once again. As a bonus, their chosen home came with a lovely deck that was perfect for BBQs and Alfie’s daily exercise.
With a solid strategy in place, I swiftly sold the couple’s Carmel paradise for a record price and negotiated a winning deal on their new home on the bustling streets of Los Gatos.
